Privacy policy

In short

This website is for information. It sets no cookies unless you accept visitor statistics (Google Analytics), shows no advertising and has no forms. We only receive personal data if you choose to contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email.

When you visit the website

• The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web server, GitHub may briefly log visitors' IP addresses for security and operation. See the GitHub privacy statement.
• Fonts and icons are hosted on the same server, so without your consent no requests are made to third parties when pages load.

Visitor statistics (Google Analytics)

Only if you tap “Accept” in the cookie bar does the site load Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.), which shows us anonymously how many people visit, which pages they read and on what type of device. Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga) and processes your IP address to determine the country; we do not receive names, phone numbers or medical data.

• Legal basis: your consent. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded and no cookies are set.
• You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page; when you withdraw consent we delete the _ga cookies.
• Your choice is stored only in your browser (local storage), not on a server.

External links

The “Clinic website” and “Map” buttons open the partner clinics' websites and Google Maps. Their own privacy policies apply once you visit them.

When you contact us directly

If you contact Dr. Silvia Dumitrescu at the phone number (phone or WhatsApp) or by email at the email address, your name, phone number or email address and the information you send are used only to reply to you and arrange your appointment. They are not used for marketing and are not shared with anyone except the clinic where you book.

• WhatsApp messages travel through WhatsApp (Meta) and emails through Gmail (Google), under their own privacy policies.
• Please avoid sending detailed medical information by message or email unless necessary; we can discuss it at the consultation.
• You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the data you sent, by writing to the email address above.

Clinic appointments and medical data

For appointments booked through the partner clinics (MedLife, Sanador, Ghencea Medical Center, Clinica Infinity), personal and medical data are processed by that clinic under its own privacy policy and the applicable law (EU Regulation 2016/679, GDPR).

To exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) regarding medical data in your clinic record, contact the clinic where you were seen. You also have the right to complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
